REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Join our very first GAME ON! IPTM challenge where youths get to co-create their very own tabletop game on intellectual property (IP). Through a 3-day design thinking bootcamp, you will brainstorm ideas and create live prototypes for tabletop games together with like-minded youths. Pitch your concepts to our mentors in the tabletop games industry for a chance to turn your ideas into reality. Who knows – your idea may just be the next big thing! Sign up now to register your interest for this interactive hands-on workshop, as spots are limited.

WHO

Are you the chosen one? Are you a youth aged 13 to 35 who is passionate about tabletop games and dreamed of creating your own? Are you a team player who is curious to learn from other like-minded youths and industry mentors, in a fun and creative environment? We’d love to hear from you if you are a creative person, have an artistic flair or possess an entrepreneurial spirit!

WHAT

This 3-day design thinking bootcamp consists of a step-by-step programme by our IPOS International instructors and guest mentors, such as our media partner justsaying.ASIA. We will share key concepts on intellectual property and intangible assets in the innovation journey, and bring you through the design thinking process. You will form teams to brainstorm and create prototypes, followed by a live pitching session to our mentor judges. The best ideas will win a chance to be commercialised (through a partner company) and profiled in the media. Or you may choose to strike out on your own through crowdfunding platforms like Kickstarter – our mentors will share tips and guidelines on this option too.

WHEN

15 to 17 March 2023 (Wednesday to Friday, 9am - 6pm daily, during the March school holidays in Singapore). You will need to commit all 3 days for this face-to-face bootcamp.

WHERE

Venue will be confirmed closer to date and accessible by public transport. This is an in-person event and physical attendance is required for all 3 days.
